We offer the following types of Repipes:
• Pex Repiping This option is the least expensive option when it comes
to repiping. This option is also the least invasive, meaning least amount
of cuts into your walls and ceilings. We offer a 100% Lifetime warranty on

The Process from Start to Finish
First, we come to your home or business and give you a free consultation. We
will go over the process in person, address your concerns and your requests
We then will provide you a written estimate at your home. Upon approval to
commence work, we will discuss a schedule that works best for you. Most
residential repipes take 3 days start to finish.
Day 1 - Cover belongings in the affected work areas with plastic as well as
cover flooring. Layout and cut all drywall that needs to be removed. Drill all
holes that need to be drilled. By the end of the day, we will dispose of all
debris and hepa-vac all affected areas. All plastic will be left in place until
the job is completed.
Day 2 - Start running all piping. This typically can be completed in one day
depending on how complex the framing is of the structure. During the entire job
we leave your water on until we are ready to switch over to the new water system.
At the end of day 2 we will clean up all debris and hepa-vac all affected areas.
Day 3 - This is the day when your water typically is shut-off. We will be
switching from the old water system to the new. Once the system is live and the
old system is abandoned we perform pressure tests and visual inspections on all
parts on the new piping. When we have given the o.k. we begin drywall patching
and texturing. Typically by the end of day three your walls are ready for you
to paint. Once job is complete we will collect on the payment terms we agreed
prior to work commencing.

• The initial symptoms might be a rising gas or water bill.
